Before First
Use:
Wash each
piece of new Saladmaster cookware in your sink, using hot, soapy water
that contains 1-cup vinegar. This removes all traces of manufacturing oils
and polishing compounds. rinse in clear, hot water and dry well with clean,
non-abrasive towel.
Daily
Use cleaning:
Wash in hot,
soapy water, rinse and dry; or clean in the dishwasher. (Avoid the heat
dry setting) For stubborn stains or stuck-on food, rinse pan and sprinkle
Saladmaster Glo Cleanser.
Never use steel wool or hard abrasives on
the outside of your cookware as they might dull the finish.
Using
your new Saladmaster - Is as easy as 1-2-3
1. Use the
correct size of pan - at least two thirds filled with food.
2. Preheat
pan for meats and poultry over medium heat, or start with a cold, dry pan
for fruits and vegetables.
3. Listen for
the clicking of the Vapo-Valve. When the valve clicks, reduce heat to low
so that the clicking stops. Cook according to recipe instructions or desired
doneness.

Oil Core Skillet
Over time your Electric Oil Core Skillet & Cookware
may develop discoloration from stubborn food or oil and grease stains on
the bottom and sides of your pans, that will not come off, even with normal
cleaning or "GLOW". An easy way to make it look new again is to remove
(screw off) the handles, legs and knobs and give the surface a treatment
of Easy Off oven cleaner. After leaving cleaner on for the required time,
simply rinse off thoroughly, re apply handles and knobs and you are ready
to enjoy the beauty of your Cookware for many more years to come.
